Returns＆Exchange

1. Return Request Window

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you must submit a return or exchange request via email to service@mah-official.com within 15 calendar days of the delivery date (as confirmed by the carrier's tracking record).

Any request submitted after this 15-day period will be deemed a waiver of your right to return, and we will not process it.

 

2. Return Shipping Deadline (CRITICAL)

Once your return request is approved, you must ship the item(s) back to us within 10 days from the date of that approval email.

Any return authorization that is not used within this 10-day window will automatically expire, and we reserve the right to refuse the return.

3. Return Shipping Cost

Kindly note that the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost and any related expenses if the return is due to reasons attributable to the buyer, such as change of mind, color mismatch, ordering the wrong product, or incorrect size, etc.

 

4. Condition of Returned Items

All merchandise must be returned unused, undamaged, unwashed, and accompanied by the original hang tags. Ensure that all articles in the package are intact.
The condition of the returned item is left at the discretion of MaH.

MaH is not responsible for products that are torn, damaged, or ruined as a result of improper washing. 

 

5. Our Rights for Late or Non-Compliant Returns (CRITICAL)

If we receive a returned package whose carrier scan date is later than the approved 10 day deadline, we reserve the right to handle it as follows (at our sole discretion):

Option A – Reject the Return: We may refuse the return and send the package back to you, with the return shipping cost borne by you; OR

Option B – Partial Refund: We may accept the return but deduct a Restocking & Handling Fee equal to 15% of the total order value (excluding shipping) from your refund. This fee compensates for the additional administrative and inventory costs caused by your delay.

 

6. Refund Processing Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 1–2 business days of approval. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that the actual posting time to your account depends on your bank or payment provider and may take an additional 3–5 business days.


Note: This return policy only applies to purchases from our online store. If you intend to return a MaH product purchased from another retailer, please contact the retailer directly.
