If you are unhappy with your purchase, we are available to help.

1. Please reach out to us at service@mah-official.com to initiate your return or exchange.

2. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The item must be unused and in original condition. Shipping charges are excluded.

3. Kindly note that the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost and any related expenses if the return is due to reasons attributable to the buyer, such as change of mind, color mismatch, ordering the wrong product, or incorrect size, etc.

1. All merchandise must be returned unused, undamaged, unwashed, and accompanied by the original hang tags. Ensure that all articles in the package are intact.
The condition of the returned item is left at the discretion of MaH.

2. MaH is not responsible for products that are torn, damaged, or ruined as a result of improper washing. 

This return policy only applies to purchases from our online store. If you intend to return a MaH product purchased from another retailer, please contact the retailer directly.
